I file brolly jousting away in my brain under “Things to think of when I’m stressed or slightly bent out of shape” because it always makes me laugh. It’s too ridiculous not to. (western-aristocracy)

"Take that, and that!”

Love seeing creativity in home decorating. If I had a sweet bike like this I wouldn’t hang it on the wall though…

Bike Lanes, by YouTuber caseyneistat

This is a really effective PSA about bike lane safety in NYC, made after Mr. Neistat got ticketed for riding out of the city’s designated bike area. He protested that oftentimes the bike lanes aren’t safe at all, but the cop says it doesn’t matter. Brilliant vid, IMO.

I used to pedal around the city, but as of late, I’ve lacked a trusty steed, keeping me toe-to-heeling up and down the Avenues. In the meanwhile, NYC’s streets have become increasingly safe for two-wheeled commuters. We’ve got a ways to go before we’re living in the Car Free utopia that Tatsuro Kiuchi depicts in today’s utterly charming edition, but there have been an impressive array of cycle-friendly additions to NYC streets as of late. In celebration of increasing masses cranking over concrete, it’s due time to bring this print to you.
