I hope you’re doing something that inspires you today — insist on it!
There really should be only three or four things on your to-do list… & one of those things should be ‘make coffee/drink coffee’.
Today I wish for you: wine, nachos, frosted brownies, no credit card bills, no work emails, & no surprise spiders in the shower.
Oh… & cute skirts, comfortable flats, daydreaming, & love that’s reciprocated.
One of my favorite bloggers, she’s zesty & genuine.
Bringing sexy back Swiss Sarah gets ready for winter whilst enjoying the last few days of summer knitting the Snood Dogg in Lipstick Red. We love summer but can’t wait to be wrapped up in Crazy Sexy Wool for winter.
Knitting is sexy, yes, but the verdict’s still out on crocheting. :/
this was a wonderful weekend - filled with friends, good talks, fun times, late nights and early mornings - and it seemed only appropriate to pick up some happy sunflowers at the Columbia Heights market Saturday morning. i think i’m going to have to make the fresh flowers a mandatory weekly addition to my new home.
hope you all had great weekends too!
My weekend was lervely (minus my aforementioned berserk, toke-filled commute home Saturday). I got to ride in a car, a big deal when you’re confined to the T for a year, saw the Boston skyline from I-95 at night, played Taboo with gut-busting results, ate exorbitant amounts of cake & made some Autumn dishes with the produce from our yard (which were subsequently tossed aside when we saw the cake).
We have barely any towering trees like this in Eastie, just a solitary oak here & there. I want more foliage in my life!
