– Rachel Maddow on depression (via nprfreshair) This is sad to read, but also wholly encouraging to see someone in the spotlight explain something incredibly personal with so much transparency.

I had a tiny moment of inspiration & supreme calm walking by myself in a new area of downtown I haven’t been before tonight. I wasn’t sure where I was but I felt more adventurous than afraid. Love those moments. Maybe it was from the stunning weather? But I was definitely channeling Donald Miller tonight.
